| Pool heating is extra, £100 a week, recommended October to March |
| A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 per week is required to secure your booking. |
| Your outstanding balance is due 10 weeks before travel, due to Covid restrictions, this is now reduced to 6 weeks before travel |
| A security deposit of £100 is required with your outstanding balance 6 weeks before travel, refundable after our management company tells us all is well with the villa after departure. |
